Arcus Japan provides a flat-rate subscription service to support companies that have adopted Dynamics 365 (CRM).

    • System maintenance service: Support for resolving errors, adding new features, and improving functionality (Please consult separately depending on the scale of work required)
    • Operation support for end users: Explain the operation of the desired system functions
    • Admin-specific function explanation: Explains the operations related to managing and configuring Dynamics 365 (CRM)
  • 02. CRM operation, maintenance, and adoption technical support flat-rate service pack

    CRM operation, maintenance, and establishment Help desk support In addition to the services included in the fixed-price service pack

    • Version upgrade diagnostic service: Verify that current customizations work properly when upgrading Dynamics 365 (CRM) (If improvements are required, please consult separately.)
    • System Improvement Service: Responding to minor requests for daily improvements (Please consult separately depending on the number of man-hours required)
  • 03. CRM operation, maintenance, and adoption support flat-rate service pack

    CRM operation, maintenance, and technical support in addition to the contents of the fixed-price service pack

    • CRM adoption support service: CRM consultants will provide advice on CRM usage after implementation and support data analysis
    • Business Value Analysis ServiceBased on ValueOps, we will listen to business issues and situations, and consider data integration and analysis policies for overall optimization.
      (In order to use the Business Value Dashboard (BVD), it is assumed that it has been built in advance. Please contact us separately for BVD consulting support.)
