An e-commerce site is an abbreviation of "Electronic Commerce," and refers to a website where goods are bought and sold over the Internet. The typical process was for customers to "visit the site," select a product, and then purchase it.
However, if you don't get people to visit your site, you won't get any purchasing opportunities, and customers won't know whether there are products that meet their needs.
Even if an e-commerce site has a recommendation function, without customer value-driven CRM, they are unable to understand their customers and often end up providing irrelevant recommendations.

Features

Arcury, the EM site platform provided by Arcus Japan, is a next-generation EC site platform developed by Arcus Japan to expand its own services. It will be used as the basis for future services provided by Arcus Japan, and it will also be possible to provide the platform alone.
We can provide the service in the traditional way, where the customer implements and operates it as their own in-house service, but for customers who do not have an IT department, we can also provide the service in a way that Arcus Japan can operate it on their behalf.
In this case, we charge operation and maintenance fees from paid membership fees, but we do not charge commission on sales and purchases, as is the case with typical shopping mall services.

The EM site platform "Arcury" has the following functions:
