ARCUS Japan Co., Ltd. has been certified as a "Sports Yell Company 2024" by the Japan Sports Agency. This marks the second consecutive year that the company has received this certification, in recognition of its ongoing efforts to promote employee health.

Our main initiatives

1. Health promotion seminars

Once a month, we invite a registered dietitian to give a 30-minute seminar on various topics, followed by a 30-minute exercise session for all employees.

2. Office yoga

We hold "Office Yoga" once a month. Because our company has a lot of desk work, we mainly incorporate yoga routines that are good for stiff shoulders and back pain, as well as yoga routines that have a relaxing effect on regulating the autonomic nervous system.

3. Exercise for at least XNUMX minutes every day

We encourage all employees to exercise for at least 10 minutes every day. To motivate employees, we offer bonuses to employees who achieve at least 10 minutes of exercise every day.
