At last year's Japan IT Week Autumn, I gave a lecture in the CRM section of a paid specialist seminar, but this year I will be exhibiting at the Web & Digital Marketing EXPO.

The products on display will be the world's first artificial intelligence (AI)-equipped CRM [EMOROCO], which was also introduced in a lecture last year, as well as our company's explosively selling [CRM Adapter] and [CRMIntegrator].

It has been more than three years since EMOROCO was released, but at the time, artificial intelligence (AI) was not yet mainstream and there were not many related products. Even now, there are only products with specialized AI (weak AI), but EMOROCO is a product that provides overall support for CRM using general AI (strong AI), albeit in a pseudo form.

This product is still considered groundbreaking, so since the use of artificial intelligence has matured this year, we have been receiving inquiries quite frequently, and we continue to travel all over Japan.

In the future, if we are to comprehensively analyze CRM data using artificial intelligence, we will need a data management method that is significantly different from previous implementation methods, so if you haven't implemented CRM yet, please contact us first! Otherwise, you will have to completely replace your current CRM in order to survive in the age of artificial intelligence.
