At the end of July, we held a study session on Canvas Apps in a rented conference room near JR Shin-Osaka Station.
A total of nearly 30 people participated, both on-site and remotely.

This time, a female engineer from our company took the stage as a new lecturer, and the two hours were filled with a friendly atmosphere from start to finish.

Have fun and make the most of trouble

The first thing that stood out about this session was that the instructors and management team were having fun.
By the way, as usual, I was the moderator, so I was the one who enjoyed it (probably the most?) (lol)

Perhaps because being able to enjoy the experience means being at ease, rather than viewing the minor issues that arose along the way as "failures," participants were able to incorporate exchanges such as, "What caused this? How do you deal with situations like this?" into the study session.

Although the content of the exercises is the same, each instructor has different projects and experiences, so the points they want to convey will naturally change.
The variety of additional information given in the same situation was interesting, and this time I found myself asking several questions right after the presentation.

The participants seemed to enjoy themselves, with one even saying, "The warm and cozy atmosphere at the venue was great!"

Drone giveaway project

This time, we had a special plan: "One person will be chosen by lottery from the on-site participants to receive a Tello drone!"
With the spread of COVID-19 infections on the rise again, we came up with ideas and planned this event to give visitors to the site some enjoyment.

As expected, due to requests for self-restraint, many people switched to participating remotely, but we still gave gifts to the participants who came to the event in person!

This was my first time serving as a lecturer at a study group,
I think there were some flaws,

New project introduction

Here we introduce a new project.
