Hello.

This time, we will explain how to obtain a trial version of Project Operations, one of the applications in Dynamics 365. For accurate information, please refer to the official Microsoft website.

What is Project Operations?

Project Operations is an application for project management in Dynamics 365, and is a solution that covers all aspects of the project cycle (sales activities, project management, and financial/accounting management).

As of the time of writing (February 2022), Project Operations is currently in the process of upgrading from the current product, Project Service Automation, and the trial environment is a preview version. In this article, we will obtain a trial environment for the light deployment (sales process and project planning and management functions) out of the multiple scenarios available.

What is the trial version?

This time, we will obtain the following license as a trial version.

  • Dynamics 365 Project Operations (CRM) - Preview (1 license)

To create two or more users and test the application and approval process, add the following licenses.
