Part 1: What is Dynamics 365 Marketing?

Hello.
This time, we will introduce Dynamics 365 Marketing (hereinafter referred to as D365 MA), a marketing automation app within Dynamics 365. In this first article, we will review the types of tasks involved in marketing and explain what you can do with D365 MA.

What is Marketing?

When researching what marketing is, you will come across the phrase "the job of creating a system to continue selling products and services." With so many different products and services available in the world, what do you need to do to get people to know about your company's products, choose them, and continue to buy them?

Marketing Jobs

Examples of tasks required for marketing purposes include:

  • Plan events/campaigns to raise awareness of products among customers.
  • We hold seminars to help customers learn more about our products.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of your needs and offer more tailored services.
  • Deepen communication with customers and encourage them to become even more fans.

To continue doing this work for many clients and accumulate results, the help of a system is essential. D365 MA is an application that automates and supports these marketing tasks.

What you can do with D365 MA

Here is an example of what you can do with D365 MA. More details will be explained in the series.

  • Campaign Management
    We plan, manage and operate campaign management to lead to purchases.
  • Event management
    We plan, manage and operate events that lead to purchases.
  • Lead Management
    Manage demographic and behavioral information about your prospects.
  • Lead Scoring
    Scoring is done to determine the interest and level of interest of potential customers.
    • CRM Integration
      The information obtained through marketing can be linked to the CRM used for customer management. In particular, when linking with Dynamics CRM, data sharing allows for smooth integration.
