I have been writing the "Dynamics CRM can be used for this" series in two parts so far, but from now on I would like to write it all in one part.
　So, after much deliberation, I decided to write about medical care, which is a hot topic at my company right now (or maybe just for me).

　Today I'd like to talk about dreams. Imagine what the future of medical care will be like with the use of EMOROCO (lol).
Note: This is a story about the future, so I'm writing this definitively, but it doesn't mean that it will definitely turn out like this. It's just my personal fantasy of what I hope will happen.

Examination and diagnosis

　In the hospital of the future, by registering symptoms at the time of reception, symptoms will be diagnosed and illnesses identified based on past performance, research papers, DNA, and image information. As a network will be built between hospitals that have introduced EMOROCO, performance data will increase exponentially, making AI diagnoses more accurate. This will eliminate the chronic doctor shortage, as doctors will only perform surgery or when AI cannot make a diagnosis. It will also reduce costs for hospitals by shortening consultation times, leading to lower medical expenses.

　I did some research and found that there are already cases where AI has been used to make diagnoses. Japanese technology is evolving rapidly.

Prescription

　The system determines which medications can be prescribed based on the diagnosis results and currently prescribed medications. It can also predict medications that may cause allergies from accumulated information and avoid them in advance. Furthermore, if all past prescriptions, allergies, DNA information, etc. are digitized, it can simulate drug effects and allergic reactions, minimizing risk.

Hospital monitoring

　EMOROCO monitors the daily status of hospitalized patients. It monitors their physical condition based on daily changes in body temperature, facial expressions, and tone of voice, and can raise an alarm if anything abnormal occurs. Cameras and microphones are installed in the patient's room (scary!) to monitor the patient's movements, facial expressions, and sounds in the room. The camera reads the patient's movements and facial expressions, and can automatically detect any signs of extreme lack of movement, a persistent gloomy expression, or changes in body temperature. It can also detect various abnormalities, such as sudden sounds above a set threshold or persistent coughing. Artificial intelligence makes a comprehensive judgment based on these and issues an alarm to the doctor or nurse in charge.

Emergency transport

　EMOROCO allows users to instantly check available beds and doctors on duty at the time, speeding up the process of accepting emergency patients. AI searches for hospitals based on the patient's condition, urgency, and location, automatically contacting potential candidates and selecting hospitals that can accept them. This allows for smoother emergency transport than ever before.

The potential of EMOROCO

　This is not just something that applies to the medical field, but EMOROCO shares data between hospitals (companies) in the form of a learning database (*The data is not made public, but is accumulated for AI learning purposes.) This is used in a variety of services. This makes it possible to achieve things that were not possible with previous solutions.
Furthermore, there is a solution form that will be the final form of EMOROCO, which is an even more advanced version, but I would like to introduce this a little later.
