CRM operation full of mistakes - There's a reason why CRM doesn't work well -
Hello everyone!
The weather has been unstable, with temperatures fluctuating between warm and cold, so I hope you're staying healthy.
I am in 100% good health, and thanks to you, Arcus Japan has been receiving very positive feedback on both our products and services, which has kept me so busy that I am constantly sleep-deprived.
I am truly overjoyed. I would like to express my deepest gratitude for your continued patronage.
The CRM Business Division's main products are currently "EMOROCO" and "Dynamics CRM Adapter," and since the end of last year we have been expanding our lineup of "Dynamics 365 add-ons." This time, we will be focusing on "EMOROCO" and "Dynamics CRM Adapter."
I have often spoken about the need for CRM and how to truly utilize it on this blog, as well as on websites and at seminars.
That's why our main products are "EMOROCO," "Dynamics CRM Adapter," and "ASTERIA," which are also important products that are essential to the CRM architecture. (The "Dynamics 365 Add-on" is positioned to complement these.)
Infoteria and I have been in agreement about this idea for a long time, so we decided to take the plunge and put it all together in a white paper (*^▽^*)
Some of the content may be a bit extreme, but these two venture-minded companies have made it public in order to improve Japan and put Japan back on top of the world!
This is a white paper that was created with the determination to "if no one else will do it, I will!", something that probably everyone was aware of but that would have remained the silent majority.
This is a seminar-related project, and we plan to hold a seminar in March, so we will let you know as soon as the website is up and running. (If possible, I'd like to do a nationwide pilgrimage, not just in Osaka...lol)

This has already received a lot of positive feedback and support from many companies and media outlets, so we hope to receive the support of many people m(_ _)m
