Dynamics 365 Sales overview
As the name suggests, Dynamics 365 Sales is an application designed to support sales work.
It supports the entire customer-centric business process, from acquiring projects to receiving orders and invoicing.
General business usage
So, how can you use Dynamics 365 Sales in your business?
We will explain this using an example of a typical business process.
①Management of potential customers
Information on potential customers with whom you have exchanged business cards, etc.
You can register and manage it on Dynamics.
② Project development
When the potential customer registered in ① leads to a specific project,
You can convert potential customer data in Dynamics into sales opportunities, account data, and contact data.
③ Estimate creation
Create a quote for the opportunity.
You can create quotes linked to the target sales opportunity in Dynamics.

④ Orders
Once an order is confirmed, you can create an order record from the quote that led to the order.
Some of the quotation information can be carried over to the order data.

⑤Billing
When billing customers,
You can create an invoice based on the order.
Once you have paid your invoice, you can mark the invoice status as completed.
You can manage the invoice status of each order.

This completes the basic flow of general business operations.
