EMOROCO CRM Lite Complete Guide — All Features, No-Code Design Philosophy, Three Axes for Measuring Relationships, and Patent Application Technology
Hello, this is Matsubara, CRM Evangelist.
CRM is shifting from "management" to "relationship asset creation."
When people hear the term CRM, many still think of a "database for managing customer information."
However, what EMOROCO CRM Lite aims for is the CRM 4.0 worldview, which goes beyond that, where "customer relationships themselves are accumulated and nurtured as organizational assets."
This article provides an overview of all the features of EMOROCO CRM Lite, while also highlighting its underlying "no-code design philosophy," its core "three axes for measuring relationships," and the patented technologies that support them, serving as a central hub for understanding its capabilities.
For details on individual features, please refer to the respective articles linked below. Feel free to start reading from the section that interests you most.
The true value of no-code is not just the "freedom to create."
When people hear the term "no-code tool," I think most people imagine something like "the ability to create screens and data structures without needing engineers."
Of course, that's important value. However, what's truly important for a CRM that you actually use in your daily work lies beyond that.
- Will the data structure I created continue to function correctly?
- Can the input values maintain quality in accordance with business rules?
- Even with increased functionality, will users be able to continue using it without getting confused?
- Can the appearance and coordination be adapted to the specific circumstances of each organization?
EMOROCO CRM Lite is designed with a no-code platform that allows for "free creation," and six supporting mechanisms built upon it.
① Free design of entity fields — First, the foundation you can "create"
The starting point for everything is,Entities, fields, forms, views, and graphs can be freely configured from the administration screen. These are the basic functions of no-code development.
In addition to standard CRM data such as clients and projects, you can add industry-specific management items (equipment, applications, membership information, etc.) without writing any code.
② Relationship Management — Connecting data correctly
Entities added freely do not have meaning on their own. The relationship management function allows you to design parent-child relationships between entities such as products, orders, quotes, and contracts, enabling you to treat the entire business flow as a single data structure.
③ Validation settings — Protecting data quality at the entry point
The freedom to create your own system comes with the inherent risk of data corruption. The validation setting function allows you to set rules such as required fields, character limits, regular expressions, and numerical ranges on a field-by-field basis, ensuring quality at the input stage.
④ System entity management — Keep it simple by hiding unused features.
As the number of functions and items continues to increase, the staff can become overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information. The system entity management function allows you to toggle the display of standard entities on a per-tenant basis, enabling you to show only the necessary functions and gradually increase them as your business grows.
⑤ Web Resource Functionality — Filling the gap left by standard functionality alone.
Details that cannot be fully expressed using only screens assembled with no-code, such as supplementary explanation panels and simple input guides, can be added to the administration screen as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript components using the Web Resources function .
⑥ Tenant Branding Establishment — Infusing the space with your own brand identity
Finally, in terms of appearance, it can be made to look more like a "custom-made for our company" product.Tenant Branding Settings.
Because the logo and header background color can be changed for each tenant, even if the same platform is used, users will more easily recognize it as "their own system."
When these six elements are present, no-code becomes not a "one-time creation system," but a "system that can be continuously nurtured to adapt to changes in business operations."
Three axes for measuring relationships
Building upon a no-code foundation, EMOROCO CRM Lite adds another layer of uniqueness.
This approach emphasizes not measuring customer relationships with a single metric.
① Nurturing Score (Objective Behavioral Indicator): Based on behavioral data such as frequency of portal access, content viewing and time spent, and inquiries/requests for materials, the system automatically scores the level of interest. For more details, please refer to the MA Lead Nurturing Scoring Function Guide .
② Emotional Temperature (Subjective, On-the-Ground Sensation): This axis is used to input a numerical value representing the "sense of distance with this customer" that sales representatives feel during their daily interactions. It is an indicator designed to capture subtle nuances that are difficult to put into words and cannot be fully captured by behavioral data alone.
③ NPS (Customer's Own Evaluation) And finally, there's the Net Promoter Score (NPS), where customers themselves respond with their own words and evaluations. While both the Nurturing Score and Emotional Temperature are "relationships from the company's perspective," NPS introduces another perspective: "how the customer themselves feels." For more details, please see Integrated Management of NPS (Customer Satisfaction Index) and Emotional Temperature .
These three axes have no meaning on their own.A "two-axis matrix" of nurturing score and emotional temperatureAs explained earlier, when behavioral data and subjective opinions on the ground diverge, it becomes easy to spot lies. By adding NPS, which represents the voice of the customer themselves, it becomes possible to understand relationships in a three-dimensional way from three perspectives: the company's perspective, the field's perspective, and the customer's perspective.
Understanding this three-dimensional relationship is,Churn rate predictionThis directly impacts the accuracy of the result.
Design backed by patented technology
This mechanism for realizing relational assets is not merely an intuitive idea; a patent application was filed in June 2026 (Patent pending: Patent Application No. 2026-122904).
This technology quantifies relationship assets (RA) using five indicators—relationship score, human-ness evaluation, discomfort correction, commemorative potential value, and next action potential value—along with multilingual empathy translation and a seven-stage relationship progression model.
One of the reasons EMOROCO CRM Lite stands out from other CRM and MA tools is its ability to handle relationships as a reproducible logic, rather than relying on subjective intuition or rules of thumb.

Summary
EMOROCO CRM Lite has many features, but the underlying principle is consistently the idea of "treating customer relationships not as subjective feelings, but as assets."
By adopting a no-code design philosophy, we realize a CRM that can be continuously nurtured rather than being a "build and forget" system. We capture relationships in a three-dimensional way using three axes: nurturing score, emotional temperature, and NPS, and ensure the reproducibility of this logic through patent-pending technology.
All the features described here exist as means to put this philosophy into practice.
EMOROCO CRM Lite costs ¥1,500 per user per month (minimum 3 users) and has no initial setup fee, with a 30-day free trial.https://www.emoroco.com/You can start from there.
