EMOROCO CRM Lite UI Guide: How to Use Dashboards, GIS Maps, Workflows, Scoring, and Calendar Integration
Hello, this is Matsubara, CRM Evangelist.
"I've read the description of the features, but I want to see what the actual screen looks like."
This is a question that inevitably comes up when considering the implementation of CRM.
This article explains how to use the main features of EMOROCO CRM Lite using actual screenshots.
Seeing the actual screen makes it much easier to determine whether or not it's suitable for your company.
Screen 1: Shared Dashboard – Get an overview of the entire team's situation.
This is the shared dashboard that appears immediately after logging in. All team members see the same information on this screen.
The four KPI cards at the top of the screen allow you to see at a glance the "Total Records," "New Registrations Today," "New Registrations This Week," and "Number of Entities."
The central "Number of Records per Entity" bar graph shows how many records of each type of data are registered.
You can see your team's latest activities in "Recent Activity" on the right.
Screen ②: Personal Dashboard - Your own KPI management screen
This is your "personal dashboard," which you can switch between using the shared dashboard. You can switch between them using the tabs at the top of the screen.
Three features of the personal dashboard:
Click the "+ Add Widget" button.
Freely combine KPIs, lists, graphs, etc.
② Use KPIs to check the degree of achievement of management goals.
Like "Projected sales for this term: ¥1,550,000"
Always display the numbers you should be tracking.
③ Emotional temperature is displayed in color in the case list.
Hot 🔴, Warm 🟠, Cool 🔵
You can see it at a glance in the list.
Managers can design their own optimal screens to view the numbers for each individual employee, while sales representatives can design their own screens to view their daily tasks and KPIs.
Screen ③: GIS Map (Displaying client company map) — View customers on a map
This is a GIS map that displays the locations of our business partners using pins. The color of the pins corresponds to emotional temperature.
🟠 Orange pin: Warm
🔵 Blue pin: Cool
🩵 Light blue pin: Cold
You can see at a glance on the map where customers with a rating of "Cool" or lower are located in today's area.
Screen ④: Route Optimization - Automatically determines the order of visits.
The "Auto Optimize" button automatically optimizes your visit route. Each pin displays a number, allowing you to see today's visit order at a glance. This process takes only 30 seconds.
Screen 5: Scoring Rule Management - Nurturing Score Rule Settings
This is the screen for setting the scoring rules for MA lead nurturing.
• Rule name • Target entity
• Triggers (record creation, field modification, etc.)
- Score addition/subtraction values (e.g., +10, +5, -5)
- Application mode (once only / repeatedly)
Priority and enable/disable toggle
You can customize the system without coding, tailoring it to your company's sales process, such as "+10 points for web inquiries" or "+5 points for employees with a managerial position or higher."
Screen ⑥: Portal User Linking – Collecting Objective Score Data
This is an administration screen that links portal users with CRM records in order to reflect customer portal access in the nurturing score.
Manage your links using three tabs: "All Links," "Pending Approval," and "Not Linked."
By linking an unlinked portal user using the "Link" button, subsequent portal accesses will be automatically added to the score.
Screen 7: Workflow Actions - Types of actions that can be automated
This is a list of actions that can be set in the workflow.
- Update the field
Create a record
Send a notification
- Delete record
Calculate using a mathematical formula
・Send email
- External API/data retrieval
- Update fields in related records
- Execute external logic calls (API/Webhook)
・LINE notification
Ten types of actions are included as standard, including LINE notifications and external logic calls.
Designs such as "send a notification to LINE when the emotional temperature cools down" and "send data to an external system when an order is confirmed" can be implemented without coding.
Screen 8: Microsoft 365 Calendar Integration
This is the settings screen for integrating Outlook Calendar with EMOROCO CRM Lite.
Outlook appointments are displayed on the CRM calendar screen.
Required permissions:
- User.Read: Reads user information
・Calendars.ReadWrite: Reads and writes to the calendar.
・offline_access: Background synchronization
Simply click the "Sign in with your Microsoft account" button to complete the integration.
This eliminates the hassle of switching between CRM and Outlook for companies using the Microsoft 365 environment.
Screen 9: Field Customization - Change it today with no code
This is the customization screen for adding and modifying fields (input items). You can add new fields without programming by clicking the "+ Add Field" button.
You can set up custom fields tailored to your industry on the same day.
