EMOROCO CRM Lite's "Personal Dashboard" — Designed to allow you to check your own KPIs and progress toward business goals every morning.
Hello, this is Matsubara, CRM Evangelist.
"There's a dashboard, but it's a manager-oriented screen with a lot of information that's irrelevant to me."
"I just want to quickly check the numbers I need to track today."
"I want to use both the team's overall figures and my own assigned figures depending on the situation."
These are comments I've heard from both sales representatives and managers.
EMOROCO CRM Lite isShared Dashboard"When"Personal DashboardIt employs a two-layer design.
The ability to share the same information across the entire team while having a screen optimized for each individual—this design ensures "ease of use" for each role and position.
Differences between shared dashboards and personal dashboards
- Set by the administrator - All team members see the same screen
- Total number of records - New registrations today - Number of entities, etc.
- A screen for understanding the overall situation of the team.
- Screen used by managers during morning meetings and weekly meetings
[Personal Dashboard]
- Users can freely configure their own screens.
• List of KPIs, projects, and tasks that I should be tracking today.
- Only include information necessary for your work.
- The "Today's Strategy Meeting" screen, which you check every morning for 3 minutes.
Three design elements of a personal dashboard
① KPI Widget - Real-time monitoring of the degree of achievement of business objectives
Adding a KPI widget to your personal dashboard will display your numerical targets in real time.
• Projected sales for this term (e.g., ¥1,550,000)
• Number of new orders this month
• Percentage of customers with a high emotional temperature (hot)
• Completion rate of follow-up tasks this month
Being able to check "what percentage of the target our projected sales for this quarter are" every morning naturally leads to backward thinking about "how many more orders we need."
This design directly connects business objectives with daily actions.
② List Widget - Project/Customer List with Sentiment Level
The list widget allows you to display lists of sales opportunities, client companies, tasks, and more on your personal dashboard.
The list of screens includes the following:
・Namba Food Service Co., Ltd. / Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Contract
Order probability: 20% / Emotional temperature: 🔴 Hot / Amount: 420,000
Umeda Office Management Co., Ltd. / Annual equipment inspection contract
Order probability: 40% / Emotional temperature: 🟠 Warm / Amount: 600,000
- Kitahama Tech Building Service Co., Ltd. / Cleaning Services Outsourcing Contract
Order probability: 80% / Emotional temperature: 🔵 Cool / Amount: 180,000
Tennoji Care Support Co., Ltd. / Air Conditioning Equipment Maintenance Contract
Order probability: 60% / Emotional temperature: 🔵 Cool / Amount: 350,000
The meaning of emotional temperature being color-coded in the list:
An 80% chance of securing the order, yet it's cool—this contradiction is immediately apparent.
You can instantly determine whether to proactively follow up on projects that have a high probability of being awarded but where the relationship is cooling down, simply by looking at the list.
③ Free placement of widgets
You can add the necessary widgets using the "+ Add Widget" button.
You can rearrange items freely using drag and drop. Settings are saved on the server, so the same screen will be maintained the next time you log in.
• KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• List (record list)
・Graphs (trends and distribution of numerical values)
・Calendar (Today's and this week's schedule)
Example of a personal dashboard design by job title
Sales representative's personal dashboard
1. KPI: Achievement rate of this month's sales target (%)
2. List: My assigned projects (with emotional temperature and next action)
3. List: Today's Task List
4. List: Customers with an emotional temperature of "cool" or lower
Designed so that you know what you need to do today the moment you open the screen.
Sales Manager Personal Dashboard
1. KPI: Team's projected total sales for this month
2. List: Emotional temperature of all team members: Cool or below (customer)
3. List: Tasks due this week (by assignee)
4. Graph: Trends in the number of orders this month
Designed to show the entire team's risks on a single screen.
Personal dashboard for business owners
1. KPI: Cumulative sales for the current fiscal year
2. KPI: Achievement rate of sales target for this quarter
3. Graph: Monthly sales trends (year-on-year comparison)
4. List: Key Customers of Emotional Temperature Cold
Designed to allow daily monitoring of progress toward business objectives.
How to use shared dashboards and personal dashboards
→ Display the shared dashboard on the projector
→ Everyone checks "the team's situation this week".
[Daily personal check-up (5 minutes)]
→ Check "Today's Priorities" on your personal dashboard.
→ Identify customers with a cool emotional temperature.
→ Check today's tasks
[1-on-1 Meeting]
→ Let's view the person in charge's personal dashboard together.
→ Use the degree of KPI achievement and changes in emotional temperature as a starting point for conversation.
Summary — Balancing "everyone seeing the same screen" and "having a screen optimized for oneself"
Sharing an overall organizational overview through a shared dashboard, while clearly defining "what I need to do today" through an individual dashboard—this two-tiered design makes CRM a "tool that is actually used."
To prevent the dashboard failure of users opening it but not knowing what to look at, start by placing only two widgets on your personal dashboard: "This Month's KPIs" and "Today's Tasks."
