What companies in a Microsoft 365 environment expect from CRM

Many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-sized companies in Japan use the Microsoft 365 environment. Whether a CRM can integrate with Teams, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint significantly impacts its adoption rate after implementation.

Outlook Calendar Integration (Two-way, newly added)
→ Two-way synchronization between CRM calendar and Outlook calendar
→ The input will be reflected in both fields regardless of which one you use.

Power Automate integration (also possible via Zapier)
→ Data integration with Excel, Teams, and SharePoint

Microsoft Teams notifications
→ Notify Teams from CRM workflow

Azure Active Directory (SSO)
→ Log in to CRM with your Microsoft 365 account
 → Authentication integration in a self-hosted environment

Because EMOROCO CRM Lite runs on Azure infrastructure, it has high compatibility with the Microsoft 365 environment, and integration between them can be achieved naturally.

Summary — Designing CRM to become an everyday tool.

The biggest reason CRM isn't used in the field isn't that it's "difficult to use," but rather that "it's a hassle to get started."

The two-way calendar integration between EMOROCO CRM Lite and Outlook solves this problem at its root.

If you add an appointment to CRM, it will also be reflected in Outlook.
→ Eliminates the extra step of "entering data into the CRM as well."

If you schedule an appointment in Outlook, it will also be reflected in the CRM.
→ This creates an environment where "there is no need to open a separate CRM."

Even employees who say, "I usually manage my schedule in Outlook, so I don't have the habit of opening the CRM," will find that opening Outlook allows them to see their CRM schedule, and opening the CRM allows them to see their Outlook schedule—this two-way integration will increase CRM adoption rates.

If you are using a Microsoft 365 environment, please try the calendar integration first.
