EMOROCO CRM Lite UI Guide: How to Use Dashboards, GIS Maps, Workflows, and Customization Settings

Hello, this is Matsubara, CRM Evangelist.

"I've read the description of the features, but I want to see what the actual screen looks like."

This is a question that inevitably comes up when considering the implementation of CRM.

This article explains how to use the main features of EMOROCO CRM Lite using actual screenshots.
Seeing is believing—seeing the actual screen will significantly speed up the decision of whether or not it can be used in your company.

Screen 1: Dashboard – Get an overview in 5 minutes every morning

This is the dashboard that appears first when you log in.

Four KPI cards are displayed at the top of the screen.

• Total number of records: Cumulative total for the entire period
• New registrations today: Number of records added today
New registrations this week: last 7 days
• Number of entities: Number of types of entities being managed

In the "Number of Records by Entity" section in the center of the screen, the number of records for various entities such as customer contacts, customer companies, products, and sales opportunities is displayed as a bar graph.
You can see at a glance "what kind of information is registered and to what extent."

On the right, under "Recent Activity," you can see the latest activity history of your team members in real time.

Design in 3 clicks or less:
From this dashboard, you can reach "Customers to Follow Today" in less than 3 clicks.
The design is such that the necessary information "comes to you," rather than you having to go looking for it.

Screen ②: GIS Map (Displaying client company map) — View customers on a map

This is a GIS map that displays the locations of our business partners as pins on a map.

Seven client companies in Osaka City are displayed on the map. The color of the pins corresponds to emotional temperature.

🔴 Red pin: Hot (close relationship, proactive towards the next step)
🟠 Orange pin: Warm (stable relationship)
🔵 Blue pin: Cool (suggests distance)
🩵 Light blue pin: Cold (almost no contact)

The list on the left displays customer names and addresses, and is linked to a map.
Clicking on a customer's name will take you to their details screen.

When deciding "who to visit today," this map lets you see at a glance "customers below Cool level in the area."
This design allows for simultaneous assessment of travel efficiency and relationship priority.

Screen ③: Route display - Automatically optimizes the order of visits.

This screen shows a GIS map combined with route optimization functionality.

There is an " Auto Optimization " button at the top of the screen. Clicking this button will automatically optimize the visit route to the selected customer.

Each pin displays a number (①②③④⑤), allowing you to visually confirm the order of your visits on the map. The blue line on the map indicates the route.

The top of the list on the left (the first customer you're heading to from your current location) displays an orange play button ▶, indicating the starting point of your navigation.

This screen allows you to switch from "determining today's visit order based on experience and intuition" to "determining it based on data"—all on a single screen.

Screen ④: Client Company Details – Understand customer relationships on a single screen.

This is the individual customer details screen.

Please pay attention to the "Score Summary" section at the top of the screen.

Score Summary: 10 pt (Last updated: 2026/06/24)
Status: COLD

This isNurturing score.
It is automatically calculated based on objective data such as portal access, time spent on the portal, and contact rate.
The "COLD" in the upper right corner indicates emotional temperature.

Designed to allow viewing of two axes on a single screen:
By displaying both the score (objective) and the emotional temperature (subjective) on the same screen, you can instantly grasp "the reality of your relationship with this customer."

Screen 5: Workflow List - Manage automation design

This is a list screen of configured workflows (automation rules).

Each workflow displays the following information:

• Workflow name (e.g., "Notify assignee when record is created")
• Trigger type (when created, when BPF stage is changed, when updated)
• Target entities (lead, opportunity, etc.)
• Number of steps
- Enable/Disable toggle

You can add a new workflow by clicking the "+ New" button in the upper right corner.
You can instantly switch between enabled and disabled using the toggle.

Systematizing "proactive action":
When emotional temperature shifts to a cooler state, when the project phase changes, or when there has been no contact for a certain period of time—task generation, LINE notifications, and email sending can be automatically executed in response to these triggers.

Screen 6: Customization (Field Settings) — Change it today with no code

This is a customization screen for adding, changing, and deleting fields (input items).

A list of existing fields is displayed, and you can check the name, data type, and required/optional setting for each field.
You can add a new field without coding by clicking the "+ Add Field" button in the upper right corner of the screen.

Designs that don't require IT personnel:
"Emotional Temperature," "Vehicle Delivery Date," "Fiscal Year End Month," "Trial Lesson Date"—you can add unique fields tailored to your industry without any programming, all within the same day.
Designing your CRM to "reflect what you've noticed today" allows you to continuously improve it.
