A guide to understanding CRM and Dynamics 365 (theory, business, and technology)

This article summarizes reference information for understanding CRM and Dynamics 365. As a training instructor at Arcus Japan, I have written this blog post in response to questions I receive, such as "I want to understand the basic concept of CRM" and "I want to get a sense of how it can be used in business." Although this book was published more than 20 years ago, it is a masterpiece that explains the basic concepts of CRM.

This book is about Kotler's marketing theory, which is important for understanding CRM.
