What kind of company is Arcus Japan?
Nice to meet you all!
Our company has finally established a marketing department, and I'm Matsumoto, a brand new employee who has just been assigned to the department.
We will do our best to tell you all about Arcus Japan in the future, so please look forward to it!
This time,What kind of company is Arcus Japan?I would like to share this with you all on this theme!
What kind of person is the president?
After working as a system engineer and consultant at Accenture and other companies, an evangelist at the US software company Infragistics, and a solutions specialist at Microsoft (responsible for Dynamics CRM products), he led a service team specializing in CRM and supported the launch of businesses at various companies. In 2014, he joined Artisan Co., Ltd., which he founded, as its Executive Vice President and CRM Division Manager. On July 2020, 7, the CRM Division was spun off to establish Arcus Japan Co., Ltd., where he became its President and Representative Director. In May 1, he was awarded the "Next Era Leaders for IT" award by the Wall Street Journal, the world's largest and oldest US financial newspaper. His motto is "Practice righteousness with benevolence and share profits with others (Hakukei)."
How did Arcus Japan come about?
In 2012, we spun out from Microsoft and established a CRM business with a partner company. Aiming to popularize CRM in Japan, we work on customer success, CCO setup support, Dynamics CRM implementation and support, and consulting services. Later, in order to establish a methodology for CRM system implementation, we joined an Indian IT company that had been developing Dynamics CRM since its early days, where we absorbed the development methodology and established a solid position. Since 2015, we have been operating as an independently funded CRM division. The founding of our company began in 2006, when we first encountered Dynamics CRM and discovered its problems and potential through our work across Japan. This led us to resign from Microsoft Japan and start our own CRM business.
What kind of company is Arcus Japan?
As a global leader in CRM, we have continuously developed and improved CRM based on "EMOROCO," the world's first emotional solution that combines CRM and AI. We offer "Arcury," a next-generation e-commerce platform also known as an "e-Merchant." Unlike traditional e-commerce, Arcury offers deep, highly accurate matching to suggest products that customers potentially want. Based on Arcury, we continue to develop new IT services, including multiple e-commerce services that can be integrated with Arcury, such as "Arcury for Live Commerce," which uses video streaming to suggest products, and "Arcury for Location," which tracks location information in real time. These cutting-edge services have attracted international attention.
What is the origin of the company name?
The name "Arcuss Japan" comes from "Artists for Customer Success," and reflects our commitment to being the world's top CRM expert group. At Arcus Japan, we strive to provide services that are "one between host and customer." CRM's unique characteristics are in line with Japan's hospitality culture. By leveraging the commonalities between Japan's hospitality culture and CRM, we are able to provide CRM that is more in line with our customers (end users). Arcus Japan believes that "Japanese people have the cultural foundation to handle CRM better." Therefore, we are proud to be the company that achieves this, and this is reflected in our company name.
What are Arcus Japan's strengths?
By utilizing customer relationship management (CRM), you can organize and analyze customer contact information, which was previously handled fragmentedly, and clarify potential customer requirements, allowing you to implement and improve optimal measures. If we compare a company to a human body, CRM acts as the brain in formulating various strategies. We provide one-stop services, from consulting support to the implementation, operation, and maintenance of CRM-linked systems. We provide this service to a wide range of stakeholders, including companies, medical institutions, educational institutions, local governments, and central government ministries and agencies. One of our competitive advantages is our ability to provide services to a wide range of business areas.
What are your future prospects?
I believe Japan is an attractive country, with an abundance of excellent skills in the fields of food, anime, artists, and technology. I want to share this wonderful culture, the philosophy that is rooted in the spirit of "omotenashi" (hospitality), with the world. To achieve this, revitalizing the Japanese economy is essential. As we move from "economies of scale" to "economy of connectivity," we will continue to provide products and services that address various social issues through CRM, so that we can grow quickly while joining forces as needed. Furthermore, since various businesses need to cooperate to embrace the world with omotenashi, I would like to continue to increase the number of businesses necessary as a subsidiary.
We already have many subsidiaries, so we will introduce them in more detail in the future!
Finally, there is a friend I really want to introduce...
Our company even has a cute official mascot!
DYNA CiRaMue (alias: Shiramu)

My nickname is Shiramu! Apparently, at work, he's called "Kumatsun" because he resembles the president! ?! ) He's usually laid-back and gentle, but he becomes a different person when he touches electronic devices like computers and tablets. He also has the ability to generate electricity himself! However, he sometimes forgets and electrocutes himself, showing a playful side. He also holds a proper position: Head of Advertising in the Customer Success Promotion Department . He's the head of advertising in the same department as me, the writer of this article, and I always feel soothed by his presence while working.
Rummy-chan (xRaMie)

She is Shiramu's extremely talented younger sister, and has a clever personality that always encourages and motivates her laid-back brother to work hard.
RuriDro

Shiramu's pet, the Blue Bird of Happiness, has a yellow hat as its trademark. It is said that being around it brings good luck. If he takes off his hat, his horns will come out, so he wears the hat as a horn cover.
He respects Shiramu, and when he gets serious, their eyebrows match.
They are scattered all over the company, so one of the fun things you might enjoy when you visit us is finding out how many there are!
(I wonder how many there are... please tell me the answer)
This concludes our introduction to Arcus Japan.
Please look forward to the next blog! I would be delighted if you do.
