Profile

After working as an open system engineer and system architect at a Japanese systems company, he joined Accenture Technology Solutions (now Accenture), the world's largest consulting group, as a founding member. As an IT consultant and project leader, he participated in several projects as a top engineer in the Java/.NET team, and later as an architect, he was a driving force behind the establishment of Avanade Japan, leading the team that strengthened the alliance between Accenture and Microsoft.

After leaving Accenture, he participated in the establishment of the Japanese subsidiary of US company Infragistics (Infragistics Japan), where he served as an executive officer, overseeing management, sales, marketing, and internal IT departments. In practice, he mainly worked in product marketing as a technical evangelist, writing for various magazines and giving lectures at events and seminars.

As the business entered a stable period, he moved to Microsoft Japan, the Japanese subsidiary of the world's largest software company, and worked as a pre-sales engineer (solution specialist) as a founding member of the Dynamics CRM team. He advocated platform-based CRM (xRM), created numerous solutions, and pioneered new markets, earning him the Circle of Excellence award, given to the most outstanding person at Microsoft Worldwide. He contributed to growing Dynamics CRM, which was a latecomer to the CRM market and Microsoft's first product in its field (business applications), into one of Microsoft's strategic products in just five years.

Concerned about the lack of Dynamics CRM partner companies in Japan, the company spun out as a partner and formed a CRM team of experienced personnel.
In order to train the talent of each CRM partner and revitalize the Dynamics CRM market, he worked as a growth hacker at EY Advisory, a consulting firm of the world's largest accounting firm group, the venture company FutureRays, and HCL Japan, one of India's Big 5 companies, and launched a CRM business, contributing to the expansion of CRM partner companies (Fujitsu, Hitachi Solutions, NEC, NTT Data, etc.).

As the last line of defense for Dynamics CRM, we will be the only team capable of providing assessment services.
He is currently serving as Vice President and Director of Artisan Co., Ltd., and also as General Manager of the CRM Division upon its launch. He also serves as a CRM evangelist, a leading advocate and promoter of platform-based CRM.

In March 2018, he founded Liberdage LLC and became its president and CEO. While leading the CRM business at Artisan, he also serves as a drone instructor at a drone school and as a drone evangelist, promoting drone business utilizing IT technology to ensure safe and secure operations and set the de facto standard for the drone business.
In December 2018, together with the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Pilot Training Association (DPTA), a training management organization to which Liberdage LLC belongs, they established the Drone Business Academy (UxV Business Academy: UBA), the first drone training management organization in Japan for the industrial sector that uses drones for business purposes, and in March 12, it was certified by the Civil Aviation Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.Arcuss Japan.inc ) will also be one of the drone training organizations.

In July 2020, the business was split off from Artisan Co., Ltd.Arcuss Japan.inc Founded and became Representative Director (as of April 2024)

In June 2024, Kodansha will publish his first book, "Versatile: How to Become a 'One in 6' Talented Professional by the Age of 35." Overcoming the adversity of being a high school graduate and homeless, and building on his experience gained through careers at global companies such as Accenture and Microsoft, as well as his knowledge as a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) expert, he has compiled a book with specific methods for becoming a 'One in 1' Talented Professional by the age of 1. He is currently actively giving lectures and writing to support the growth of business people.
