Pre-implementation issues

There were times when meeting details and decisions were omitted from the minutes or forgotten, and customers would point out these omissions. We also wanted to reduce the number of mistakes we made, such as omissions during handovers of work within the company. Humans can only remember so much, and our company requires three people to constantly handle customer service for 20 companies during maintenance, development, and sales, so we knew we needed to go digital to run the business with a small number of people.

Effect after introduction

The reason we decided to implement this was because we had initially considered ChatGPT. We signed up for the business plan and were using it among authorized employees, but we had concerns about using a fully open system and single sign-on (SSO). While we were considering Microsoft Copilot in Azure, the Microsoft 365 plan came out, and we decided to sign up because it seemed to address our concerns about incorporating related integration with Teams.
